Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Tom is a proven logistics and service-industry executive with a track record of building and scaling high-performance, customer-centric operations. He is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of TCA Logistics Corp., which he launched in 2014 and grew from a two-truck startup into a nationwide final-mile logistics platform. Under his leadership, TCA expanded into a multi-warehouse, multi-state operation serving enterprise clients with white-glove, time-critical, and technology-enabled delivery services.

Tom built TCA with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, execution discipline, and employee empowerment. In 2023, TCA Logistics was acquired by Argosy Capital. As CEO of Eletto Team, he leads acquisition strategy, platform vision, and cultural development.

Tom is the father of three children Thomas, Christian, and Ava (hence TCA Logistics) and has been Married to Heather for XX years.  They currently reside in Delray Beach Florida after moving from Locust Valley, NY.  Tom is an avid fitness enthusiast and can be found in the weight room most mornings before work.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Eric is a seasoned chief operating officer and transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and modernizing service and logistics organizations. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of TCA Logistics Corp., where he led enterprise-wide operations, technology deployment, and service delivery transformation.

At Eletto Team, Eric leads operations, integration, digital enablement, accounting and performance execution across all acquired businesses.

Eric is the father of four children Lauren, Claire, Evan, and Quinn.  He has been married to Katherine (yes Katheine Hepburn) 31 years.  They currently reside in Chapel Hill North Carolina after moving from Mohnton, PA.  Eric is also an avid fitness enthusiast who is working on all four swimming strokes in preparation for the YMCA National Masters when he’s not running, weight training, or riding a bike.
